Tapas Trail- 4:00- 7:00 pm

• Sample the best Ybor has to offer in tapas, hors d'oeurves, anti-pasto and mesa at over a dozen of Ybor's top restaurants with transportation to get you around the circuit.
• Tapas Trail Restaurants include: Bernini, Carmine's, Columbia Restaurant, Gaspar's Grotto, JJ's Cafe & Bar, New World Brewery, Rock 'n' Sports, Roma Pizza, Srimp & Co., Spaghetti Warehouse, StoneChef Caterers, The Don Vicente, & tre Amici

After Party/ Smoker- 6:30- 10:00 pm

• Listen to music by Mainstream. Enjoy premium cigars, desserts, cafe con leche, and samples of rum, wine, and beer at the Italian Club. Tapas Trail contest winners will be announced. Door prizes include tapas trail restaurant gift certificates and hotel stays.

Tapas Cooking Challenge- 11:30 am

• Experience the first annual Tapas Cooking Challenge. Four contestants will compete with their best original Tapas recipe to win a $500 Grand Prize. The excitement includes live judging by local celebrities & top local chefs.
